The Sculpture Trail at Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire is an annual art event which has grown in stature and ambition since its inception in 1994. The trail takes place in Hardcastle Crags, an area owned by the National Trust, which mainly comprises a steep sided densely wooded valley through which Hebden Water flows on its way to meet the River Calder. It is a temporary event which currently lasts for five weeks after which the work is removed and the woodland returned to its original state. Work is created by practising artists, students and through projects run in local schools.

Information on the event can be found at the Sculpture Trail's website at http://www.sculpturetrail.org/ [see link below]

See http://www.sculpturetrail.org/ for Hebden Bridge official website with images of trails from other years.
