Description:
This curious figure; half snail, half sphinx; with a bright orange shell and blue humanoid head and limbs, rests on the grass outside one of the doors into the school. It was based on ideas from the children at the school.

Commission:
Sponsored by the council's Arts for Everyone (A4E) scheme.

Comment:
The work was initiated by the artist.
