Millennium Canteen
Brett
Payne - Salad Knife and Fork
Hand forged from Sterling
Silver, the fork has five tines, the central tine being an extension of
the handle with two either side. The handle form is a variation of the conventional
pistol grip.
The knife has a stainless steel blade slotted and secured into a hand forged
handle. The form of the blade compliments, but does not copy, the curves
of the fork.
The design is primarily governed by tactile considerations, the visual appearance
of the pieces is not accidental but dependant from how the forms feel in
the hand.
