Erected as part of the Fourth Plinth Project, unveiled on 4th June 2001. The third piece of work to occupy this space. The other pieces were:
'Ecce Homo' by Mark Wallinger and
'Regardless of History' by Bill Woodrow.

Funded by the artist, the Anthony d'Offay Gallery, London and the Luhring Augustine Gallery, New York.
