A simple structure simplistically
consisting of vertical bars attached at top and bottom to a horizontal bar.
The spacing at top and bottom between vertical bars varies and the horizontal
bars have opposing curves to that above or below creating an undulating form
with verticals fanning out into the curved parts of the horizontal.

studio.
Comment:
The company gave the artist considerable
freedom with the design, described by the artist as a "geometric design
to tie in with (surrounding) architecture and to be viewed and approached
from the side". [1] Johnson has made a number of
gates in Sheffield.
