Location:
Endcliffe Park. At the end of the unmade road into the park from the junction of Rustlings Road and Ecclesall Road, S10 (A-Z p.97 5H)

Description:
A pile of sandstone boulders arranged inside a circle of cast iron railing. On one face of the upper boulder is carved a Royal Standard, the shaft has a wyvern curled about it. From this a banner leads to the crossed sheaves of arrows from Sheffield's coat of arms. An inscription gives details of the Park's inception.
Inscription: "THE / ADJOINING / LAND, TO THE / EXTENT OF NINE / ACRES, WAS PURCHASED / BY SUBSCRIPTION AND PRESENTED / TO THE CORPORATION OF SHEFFIELD / FOR THE PURPOSE OF A / PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND / IN COMMEMORATION OF THE JUBILEE OF / HER MAJESTY QUEEN VICTORIA / 1887"
