|Description: A small tower on a plinth, with a roof of four gables surmounted by a cross. Decorated with carved fleur-de-lys and Yorkshire Roses on the gable ends, the cross above and in the spaces between the roofs.
Inscription: On the museum side of the plinth at its rear:

On bronze plaques at the front of the monument:
' TO THE / GLORY OF GOD / AND IN HONOUR / OF / (list of names) / WHO FELL IN THE / GREAT WAR / 1914-1919 '
