Description: Panels screwed onto the ground floor story of the Town Hall; both on the western end of the building nearest to High Street, and around the corner on the adjoining east-facing section. The design is abstract composed of rectangular and curved shapes with an additional element reminiscent of railway sleepers. One set of panels at the western corner are higher than the others; otherwise the sets of panels come in identical pairs, one wider than the other.

Condition: Surface - no damage; some dirt in corners of relief
Structural - no damage; graffiti has been removed
