Howard Street (A-Z p5 5F)

A terraced lawn with a retaining wall whose top contains a mosaic channel. Water flows down the channel from a small dome at the top of the wall into a depression at the wall's lowest part. 2000 fibre optic lights are set in the stonework around the mosaic channel.
Stainless steel railings with tong-shaped elements contain the flower beds on opposite side of the terraced lawn.

Part of the Heart of the City redevelopment. Opened by Cllr Jan Wilson on 21 December 2005.
