Howard Street. Sited behind the 'Mosaic Rill' and enclosing the flower beds on the far side of the terraced grass from the rill.(A-Z p5 5F)

Description:
Railings constructed from tong-shaped elements.

Commission:
Part of the Heart of the City redevelopment. Opened by Cllr Jan Wilson on 21 December 2005.
