Description:
2.5 x 2.2 x 0.95 metres. The arch
has the appearance of an interwoven arboreal structure, being made from
bent and welded steel bar and strips.
Commission:
From ‘Paving the Way’ with funding
from the Single Regeneration Budget. Supported by BT in the Community, the
European Development Fund and Destination Sheffield. The brief involved
working with young people from the Hill Youth Work Base to make a sculptural
arch for this site.
